Yoga:

Hip Mobility- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ho9em79_0qg&t=18s (you can do 10 min or the whole thing)

Body Weight Circuit:

1) 10 single leg squats (each leg)

2) 10 box jumps

3) 10 skater strides (each leg)

4) 30 seconds deep squat hold

5) 30 seconds couch hip flexor stretch (each leg)

*repeat 2 more times

 

Core Circuit:

1) V-Ups x 30 seconds

2)Russian Twists x 30 seconds

3) Lying Hip Raises x 30 seconds

*repeat 3 times
