Yoga:

Body Weight Circuit:
1) 10 single leg squats (each leg)
2) 10 box jumps
3) 10 skater strides (each leg)
4) 30 seconds deep squat hold
5) 30 seconds couch hip flexor stretch (each leg)
*repeat 2 more times
