2023 HIGH PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT CAMP
(formerly known as our Elite Development Camp)
Our High Performance Development Camp is the perfect, comprehensive program for committed and hard working players who want to improve their individual skills, strength and conditioning before the start of next season!
For this summer, all sessions will ONLY include an ON-ICE component. (If you are looking to supplement this program with OFF-ICE training, please ask and we can help you to get set up.)
The on-ice curriculum will focus on the individual skills of skating, edge work, puck handling, passing and shooting and progress towards applying those same skills under increasing pressure in game simulation drills throughout the summer.
As this is a High Performance program, it is intended for players aiming to play AA and AAA in the upcoming season and who have excellent focus and work ethic.
Our High Performance Camps have a maximum of 24 participants.

Mondays & Wednesdays
U13 6-7pm
U15 7-8pm
U18 8-9pm
