1) 10m Bear Crawl
2) 10m Duck Walk
3) 10m Crab Walk
4) 10m Frog Hops
5) 10m 1 leg hops (each leg)
*repeat 3 times
Core Circuit:
1) 30 second high plank from knees (progress to feet if too easy)
2) 10 Supermans
3) 10 Glute Bridges (hold at top for 2 sec)
*repeat 3 times
