1) 10m Bear Crawl

2) 10m Duck Walk 

3) 10m Crab Walk

4) 10m Frog Hops

5) 10m 1 leg hops (each leg)

Core Circuit: repeat 3 times

1) 30 second high plank from knees (progress to feet if too easy)

2) 10 Supermans

3) 10 Glute Bridges (hold at top for 2 sec)
