Yoga:

Hip Mobility- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ho9em79_0qg&t=18s (you can do 10 min or the whole thing)

Balance, Mobility & Stretching Circuit:

  1. Single Leg Squats x10 (each leg)

  2. Push Ups x20

  3. Chin Ups x max

  4. Hip Flexor Couch Stretch- 2x 30 sec hold (each leg)

5)   90/90 Stretch- 2x 20 sec hold (each leg)

6)   Wall Ankle Stretch- 2x 20 sec hold (each leg)

*repeat 2 more times 

Core Circuit:

1) Supermans x 45 sec

2) Opposite Knee Mountain Climbers x 45 sec

3) V-Ups x 45 sec

*repeat 2 more times
