Yoga:
Pick 10 minutes or complete the whole thing. It's up to you!
HIIT Workout:
*place 2 cones 20m apart
10 pushups
10 squats
Run 20m
10 burpees
10 jumping jacks
Run back to start
*Repeat as many times as you can in 6 minutes (Peewees) or 8 minutes (Bantams/Midgets). Rest when needed.
