10 Hip Thrusters (light barbell plate on lap)

10 Dumbbell Bench Press (or feet elevated push ups)

5 Medicine Ball Chest Passes (or clap push ups)

10 Supermans

10 High Pulls (dumbbells or resistance band)

10 Chin Ups
