1) Vertical Figure 8- Tight

2 pucks in front of you spaced 1 foot apart

do as many as you can in 30 seconds (x3)
2) Vertical Figure 8- Large
-
spread the pucks further apart (almost as long as your stick)
-
focus on sliding your bottom hand up and down as you reach
-
do as many as you can in 30 seconds (x3)
3) 3 Puck Reach
-
set up 3 pucks one stick length away (one to your right, one in front, one to your left)
-
reach to your forehand around the puck, reach to the middle and then to your left and back to the middle and then your right
-
try to keep your feet stationary and only transfer your weight & slide your bottom hand
