1) 5 burpees

     15 seconds rest

2) 10 push ups

     15 seconds rest

3) 15 jump squats  

     15 seconds rest

4) 20 mountain climbers

     15 seconds rest

5) 25 jumping jacks

       15 seconds rest      

6) 30 second wall sit

        2 minute rest then repeat 2 more times
