HIIT Circuit: 300 Rep Test

50 burpees

50 jumping jacks

50 push ups

50 box jumps

50 mountain climbers

50 air squats

You can complete them in any order you want and do as many as you want. Rest as needed. Record how long it takes you to compare it to next week.
