Speed & Agility

Circle Sprints- place one cone on the ground. Walk 5 big paces away from the cone and place another cone. Do this with 6 cones in a circle. It should look like the picture below. Start at the cone in the middle. Sprint to the first outside cone, backpedal back to the middle, sprint to the next cone and backpedal around. Continue until you've sprinted to all 6 cones. Do this 4 times. Twice clockwise and twice counterclockwise.

T Agility- Sprint forwards, shuffle to the right, shuffle across to the left, shuffle back to the middle and backpedal back to the start.

Agility Ladder

2x Two feet in each box forwards

2x One foot in each box forwards

2x Two foot hops- hop forwards 2 boxes, backwards 1 box, then forwards 2 boxes, and backwards 1 box etc.

2x Crossovers- 2 feet on outside, outside foot into box, then two feet outside box on opposite side.

2x Carioca- same as Carioca in warm-up (only 1 foot inside box)
