Stickhandling:
Part 1- Eyes Up
*30 seconds each
1) Forehand dribble with eyes up
2) Backhand dribble with eyes up
3) Middle dribble with eyes up
*repeat 2 more times
Part 2- Reaches
*3 pucks- place one puck to your right side, one puck in front of you and one puck to your left 2 feet away
*with puck or ball push out and around puck, pull back beside feet, stickhandle and repeat (practice sliding the bottom hand)
1) Forehand Reach x10
2) Middle Reach x10
3) Backhand Reach x10
*repeat 2 more times
