Stickhandling:
3 sets of each (use a stickhandling ball or golf ball today)

10 toe drags forwards

10 toe drags out to the side

10 L toe drags (push forward, pull back, push out to the side and pull back in)

10 forehand flips
-
10 backhand flips

10 stickhandling 360s (standing still, stickhandle the ball around your entire body (mini pass to yourself behind your back )
