PERSONAL TRAINING

Fox School of Hockey Off-Ice Personal Training sessions run from the beginning of June to the end of August.

The sessions have been designed to give players a low cost strength and conditioning program that will help them improve their cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, coordination, agility, and balance. Sessions also aim to help athletes develop a strong muscular base in order to help improve on-ice performance, prevent injury and prepare the body to endure and excel in more rigorous fitness programs.

Fox School of Hockey programs are designed for both 1-on-1 and small group training sessions, with workouts designed specifically with hockey players in mind. Exercises simulate hockey specific movements so that strength gains can directly transfer into improved on-ice performance.

You may book a group of 3-6 players or you may register alone and be added to an existing group. Sessions are also very flexible in that you may book them weekly or week by week.

Cost is $15 per session.

TEAM SKILLS SESSIONS

Fox School of Hockey will come out to one of your regularly scheduled practices and run a Team Skills Session that has been designed based on the specific needs of your team!

PRIVATE LESSONS

These sessions are specifically tailored to individual player needs, incorporating skating instruction, puck handling and puck protection drills, as well as position-specific drills.
