Workout

Sprints:

- 5x 5 metre sprints

- 5x 10 metre sprints

- 5x Backpedal 5m, turn and sprint 5m

Agility:

- 3x 5-10-5 (each side)

- Triangle Agility- set up cones in a triangle & have a partner tell you which cone to sprint to (8 cones)

Agility Ladder:

- Forward 2 step

- Lateral 2 step

- In, In, Out, Out

- Icky Shuffle

- Carioca 

- Lateral 3 step & jump (start on left side, step both feet in box and right foot to outside box, jump back to left side)

*2 reps of each exercise
