Shooting- Quick Release
- 20 one touch snap shots (toes facing net)
- 20 quick release (do a figure 8 stickhandle and then shoot as fast as you can)
- 20 toe drag snap
- 20 transfer quick release (start puck on backhand, pull across to forehand and shoot it as fast as you can)
- 20 one-timers (or just do slap shops if you don't have a passer)
